This goes out to my son today. God has given him so many beautiful gifts that it’s hard to even begin to list them all here. At the top of his list is kindness, and a spirit of peace and gentleness.
My prayer is for others to look for and to nurture this gift within; and to not let it get crushed by the overpowering, destructive, and just plain mean spirit that exists in our world.
Love always wins, so today I hope and pray we all dig within ourselves and start to heal, start to give of ourselves, and truly aspire to be the helpers out there in all our life situations.
