It blows my mind how hard Iโ€™ve been on myself all these years. I know Iโ€™m not the only one out here that is so unnecessarily hard on myself.

No amount of Quotes will make all the pain disappear, but they really are helping to light my path towards a healthier life.

I want to share this one today. It makes the huge connection between our mental health and our physical bodies. Itโ€™s helping explain all the physical pain and anxious reactions over the years.

Today, Iโ€™m thankful there are a lot of us out here trying to heal from past hurts, and being vocal about it. A lot of the hurts were ones we had absolutely no control over.

Live, Laugh, Love with everything youโ€™ve got while you still can! ๐Ÿ’œโœจ Thank you so much for stopping by. I truly appreciate and value you all here.
