I’m new to blogging, new to pouring out my heart and soul in order to move my own healing in the right direction. I’ve always kept moving forward, kept taking the needed steps, but am now pausing to remember,…..trying to truly heal from the inside out.

When your dad is an abuser,….when you’re finally able to learn key healing words like: toxic, #empath, #narcissism, #codependency, #fibromyalgia, #chronic pain, #mindfulness, #meditation,…When 2 years of long overdue therapy, weekly group meetings, monthly chronic pain treatment and medical back massages, AND unconditional love from friends and family starts to work it’s healing magic. (Small secret,…I had to reach out and actually start talking to others about healing. My only kid, no parent life status isn’t naturally comforting). This is where the anxiety attacks battle also started,…completely out of my comfort zone all the time.

Moving Art is a Netflix show I found that is all classical music and beyond beautiful imagery from all over the world! With yoga stretching, devotions, and this show playing in the background for at least 60 minutes every morning my daily perspective has improved so much! 🙏🏻 🌺

  1. My father was my abuser in one way and my mother another so I can relate to some of your pain. Moving forward is what we do to heal. Keep telling your story. Please check out one of my sites, http://survivorsbloghere.wordpress.com. I am a co-founder and there is an extensive archive on abuse and healing I have and others have shared on the site. It’s a place of healing. Have a great day.

My first time even talking about it was at therapy 2 years ago. I’m having a mini anxiety attack right now just typing this. Thank you so much for sharing. I’m working on finding my voice. ??❤️
