Words that won’t come out, and whether that’s a good thing or not?

So I fell out of my natural writing flow a few months ago. A lot has happened,… I’m in that stage when you know the words are in there somewhere, but you just can’t find them yet.

Not sure if you call it muse mode, the journey, the crooked path,…The goal right now is just to find a starting point.

The easiest place for me to start will be my every day activities. Let’s call it “Gracie trails” My sweet three year old lab mix is Ms. Gracie, and she doesn’t ask for much, at least two walking adventures a day please! ❤️🐾 Let’s see where this path takes us.

  1. emergingfromthedarknight – Australia – "The religious naturalist is provisioned with tales of natural emergence that are, to my mind, far more magical than traditional miracles. Emergence is inherent in everything that is alive, allowing our yearning for supernatural miracles to be subsumed by our joy in the countless miracles that surround us." Ursula Goodenough How to describe oneself? People are a mystery and there is so much more to us than just our particular experiences or occupations. I could write down a list of attributes and they still might not paint a complete picture pf Deborah Louise and in any case it would not be the full truth of me. I would say that my purpose here on Wordpress is to express some of my random experiences, thoughts and feelings, to share about my particular journey and explore some subjects dear to my heart, such as emotional recovery, healing and astrology while posting up some of the prose/poems which are an outgrowth of my labours with life, love and relationships. If anything I write touches you I would be so pleased to hear for the purpose of reaching out and expressung ourselves is hopefully to connect with each other and find where our souls meet.

    • IntrovertAwakenings – High functioning 40 something introvert, and happy to say I'm finally figuring my true self out. All those years of trying to be high energy, extroverted, and always a happy person,....well, it can wear you out when you're just not wired that way. So today I'm thankful and blessed to start seeing life without the expectation blinders on. It’s ok to be who you were really meant to be, once you start to figure that part out. ❤️ Perspectives, the introvert mirror, the sparkle within,...let’s get this connected "all feeling" journey started. ✨

Definitely enjoying it! It helps when I actually look around instead of staring at my feet while I’m walking. Work in progress! 🤦‍♀️🌳

Definitely a real thing! I feel like I go from one extreme to the other. I can have a month or two when the writing just flows so naturally,…and then it just doesn’t. Overthinking, anxiety, and just feeling worn out contribute for sure. Definitely a work in progress. Thanks for connecting here!
