I’m in absolute shock and so sad this morning. A few dear childhood friend of mine just passed away suddenly last night. Her family just suffered the loss of her husband six months prior after a surgery complication also.

We’re the same age, grew up together, were childhood Sunday school buddies. She was an absolutely beautiful soul inside and out in so many ways. Her smile was the most contagious, gorgeous one I’ve ever known.

#Friendship #grief

The last time we talked about getting together, there was an issue about house renovations and the kitchen being completely torn apart. We laughed about it and made a horrible assumption that the next time I was in town we’d get together.

That will never come now.

Again, life is teaching me a very valuable lesson. Don’t ever let the messy house stop you from visiting with a good friend, no matter how messy it is.

Love and prayers to our sweet Mary and her entire beautiful family. We’ve lost her but Heaven has definitely received one amazing spirit. Until we meet again my friend.🙏🏻😢

Live, Laugh, Love with everything you’ve got while you still can. 💜✨ Thank you so much for stopping by. I truly appreciate and value you all here.

Thank you so much. 🙏🏻 it was completely unexpected, a real shock. She had just posted beautiful Mother’s Day pictures too. 💔

      1. I had such an experience. A friend who was driving home one day and hit by a drunk driver and is now gone. It is a shock and then grief. I am so sorry you have to go through that. God is with you as you mourn.❤️

I’m so sorry you’ve experienced this too. It’s definitely very jarring, eye opening, sad,….you’re right, it is a huge comfort knowing God is still with us, no matter the circumstances. 🙏🏻 thanks so much for sharing here too.
