people praying

It’s amazing how hearing someone’s personal story of overcoming, of healing, of working on themselves, can just make your day seem so much more meaningful. Today I want to share such a story I’ve just heard about.

Meet Su Min, a 56 year old Chinese wife, mother, and grandmother who is taking the trip, literally, around her country. She’s leaving behind years of abuse from her husband, years of unappreciated and expected work that her culture has demanded of her.

This is such a good example of how social media can make a positive difference in our lives. The fact that Su Min has the access to record and share her healing journey is so inspiring! As you’ll hear, she had no plans of becoming famous, she just knew it was her time to heal.

Through sharing her story and her beautiful travels, she’s inspiring others at such a level that she never expected to do.

Today, I’m thankful to find true stories of others doing the work to make the needed changes for their health. And to see the positive impact she’s having on others is such a beautiful thing.
