Preserving and ensuring a fair and equal Democracy the the US

I’m definitely no political expert, but I’ll always be extremely passionate about ongoing education. And I’ll always be a voice against racism, always! Which unfortunately, is still alive and well here.

There’s a very interesting PBS show on tonight, Preserving Democracy: Pursing a more perfect union. It’s taking a look at the US history of Democracy, and more recently the one year anniversary of the January 6th, 2021 attack on the Capital.

Voting rights here in the US are being challenged right now in so many “behind the doors” conversations politically. I pray that fair, just, and equal access to our voting rights remain in place.

We can learn so much from history, or not.
