I hate to admit it, but come 10 oβclock at night Iβm usually headed for bed anymore. Price of aging,….I canβt complain too much, but, I did miss a documentary on Robin Williams last night. π
Heβs one of those dynamic, soulful humans I adored on screen, but really didnβt know as much about his personal life and real personality. Iβll always remember hearing about the end of his life. I was so shocked!
So this taught me again that we really donβt know people unless we put in the work to get to know them. I know, Robin Williams was a far stretch since he was such a big tv star, but still, heβs a personality I took for surface level only and had absolutely no idea how deep his mental health problems were.
Iβm going to make the time to watch this one. Especially since I was so surprised to find out how much he suffered from depression, but hid it from almost all of us. Itβs amazing how much we can hide from the world when we want to. This is proof again that we arenβt meant to hide or bury our mental conditions. #mentalhealthmatters
