It’s a good thing I’ve always set goals for myself. Today, for example, my writing goal of at least two posts per week to stay active is out there,….but today is not a good mental health day. Again, it’s a good thing I set goals up, and since I’ve decided to keep my writing as real as I am, here’s my frame of mind today.
To keep it short, the physical activity has slowed down with the winter hibernation going on, and the covid thing,….So, it makes sense that I’m not in top physical shape right now.
This is when the vicious full circle thing starts: the physical pain increasing, the need for med’s and extra rest due to pain, the daily headaches (partly due to in house stress), and the scattered mental thoughts – partially related to headache medications.
It’s not a fun cycle, but at least it’s recognizable. Writing is helping to clear some of this fog, but I’m still pretty far out there today. So, setting goals, oh and keeping a list of things on my “to do” list. Hopefully I’m not the only one out here keeping the post-it company in business. 😳
